By booking services with Simmi Signing Services, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and efficient experience for all parties.

1. Appointment & Booking

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our secure booking system.

  • All appointments are subject to confirmation

  • Same-day requests are accepted based on availability

  • Accurate details must be provided at the time of booking to avoid delays

2. Payment & Fees

Payment terms are designed to protect both your time and ours.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment

  • Remaining balance is due at or before the time of service

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or approved digital payments

  • Travel, printing, witness, and after-hours services may incur additional fees

3. Travel & Service Area

We provide mobile services for your convenience.

  • Travel fees apply based on distance from our service area

  • Extended travel (20+ miles) may include a surcharge

  • Parking, tolls, and facility access fees are the responsibility of the client

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the appointment

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to one rescheduled appointment (within 7 days)

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full service charges

5. Document Responsibility

To maintain accuracy and compliance:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are complete and ready prior to the appointment

  • We do not provide legal advice, draft documents, or determine document validity

  • Any corrections requiring a return visit may result in additional fees

6. Identification Requirements

All signers must present valid, government-issued identification in accordance with California law.

  • Expired or unacceptable ID will result in cancellation of the appointment

  • Fees may still apply if the appointment cannot be completed due to improper identification

7. Witnesses

If your documents require witnesses:

  • Clients are responsible for providing witnesses unless arranged in advance

  • Witness services may be available for an additional fee

  • Witness eligibility must meet California legal requirements

8. Loan Signing & Specialized Services

For loan signings, apostille support, and estate documents:

  • Documents must be received in advance for preparation

  • Printing, scanbacks, and courier services may incur additional fees

  • Delays caused by late or incomplete documents may affect appointment timing

9. Professional Conduct

We are committed to a respectful, calm, and professional environment.

  • Any unsafe, inappropriate, or hostile conditions may result in immediate termination of the appointment

  • Full fees may still apply in such cases

10. Limitation of Liability

Simmi Signing Services is not responsible for:

  • Errors or omissions within the documents themselves

  • Rejection of documents by third parties due to content or legal sufficiency

  • Delays outside of our control (traffic, weather, facility restrictions, etc.)

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is honored at every step.

  • All client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality

  • Information is only used for the purpose of completing your requested service

12. Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
